What is Counselling?

It provides you with a safe and confidential space allowing you the opportunity to talk with a trained professional, exploring your thoughts and feelings.

It can often be difficult for people to balance life's pressures, or do not feel that they have the time, and they may question - "What can it do for me?"

Just as in life, there are no quick-fixes in counselling. The counselling work, either face-to-face or over the telephone, takes time. The benefits you gain will depend on the work you feel comfortable and able to bring to each session

As your counsellor I will ensure during each session you receive the best support I can offer. Thus, 'you can better understand yourself', 'put things into perspective', and help provide you discover new tools to help you with your life in the future.
